eBay UK made Simple Delivery managed shipping mandatory for private sellers on most eligible listings, replacing seller-purchased labels with an integrated flow.

From 15 April 2025, private sellers on eBay UK can no longer use their own postage on most eligible listings. eBay generates the shipping label after sale and the seller hands the item to the carrier. Business sellers on eBay.co.uk are not in scope.
