Authenticity Guarantee expanded to streetwear
eBay extended its free Authenticity Guarantee program to streetwear items priced $150+, routing items through authentication centers before delivery to buyers.
All qualifying streetwear sold at $150 or above now ships to an eBay authentication partner before reaching the buyer. Sellers receive a prepaid label and must dispatch within the standard handling window.

eBay UK Simple Delivery mandate for private sellers
eBay UK made Simple Delivery managed shipping mandatory for private sellers on most eligible listings, replacing seller-purchased labels with an integrated flow.
From 15 April 2025, private sellers on eBay UK can no longer use their own postage on most eligible listings. eBay generates the shipping label after sale and the seller hands the item to the carrier. Business sellers on eBay.co.uk are not in scope.
